Menu System:

ProFrame's menu system is a basic Windows pull-down menu system. With only one exception, the CSR Menu Screen.

The Alt key with Hotkey can pull a menu down, Ex.. Alt+F for File, Alt+R for Reports or you can use your pointer device (mouse).

The CSR Screen is the exception. (Customer Sales Representative) Screen. As you can see, it's not a pull-down menu but a old school menu screen. This screen covers all of the day-to-day processes and gives the user a place to camp out without having to pull menus down.
